Our Elevate™ Knives set includes a 3.5” paring knife 4.5” serrated knife 5.5” Santoku knife 6.5” chef’s knife and an 8” bread knife all made from Japanese stainless-steel and featuring ergonomic colour-coded handles. When not in use the knives can be safely stored away in the in-drawer storage tray.
